These Terms & Conditions apply to every order, enquiry and use of the Decent Framing website (decentframing.com). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Decent Framing (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs and manufactures picture frames in-house and supplies framed artwork, calligraphy and custom framing to individual customers and retail partners. We take care to show our frames and artwork accurately. Because our frames are finished by hand and screens display colour differently, the finished product may vary slightly in colour, grain or texture from the images on this website. Such small variations are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered a defect.
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices depend on the size, frame width and finish you choose. We may update prices at any time, but the price confirmed to you when your order is accepted is the price you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before going ahead.
Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through our contact form. An order is confirmed only once we have agreed the product, size, finish, price and delivery details with you and, where required, received your deposit or payment. We may decline an order at our discretion, for example if a material is unavailable.
Most of our frames are made to order. Typical production time is 7–10 working days from order confirmation; larger or more complex pieces may take longer, and we will tell you the expected timeline when you order. For custom framing, you are responsible for checking the measurements and details you give us. Once production has started on a custom piece, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
When you leave artwork, photographs or other items with us for framing, we handle them with care. We recommend that valuable or irreplaceable items are insured by you. Please collect completed work within 30 days of being told it is ready. Our liability for loss of or damage to items you leave with us is limited as set out in section 10.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you order. For custom and made-to-order work we may ask for a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before delivery or collection. [Add your deposit and payment terms.]
Delivery charges and areas will be confirmed when you order. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. Please check your order on delivery and tell us about any visible damage straight away.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Because custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Ready-made items that are unused and in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery; the customer pays return delivery costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Retail and wholesale supply is agreed separately. Pricing, minimum quantities, payment and delivery terms for business partners will be set out in a separate agreement or written quotation.
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Decent Framing or is used with permission. It may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. When you ask us to frame or reproduce an image, you confirm that you have the right to do so.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
